Official Rules & Regulations
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of United States (except Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, or family members of Tiny Escapes are not eligible to enter this contest.
2. How to Enter
No purchase necessary.
Enter by submitting a valid name, email address, phone number through the official giveaway entry page (hosted on KingSumo).
Bonus entries may be earned by completing optional actions (such as sharing the giveaway link, following social media accounts, or visiting the website).
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 2-night stay at Tiny Escapes located in Graysville, Tennessee, United States.
Stay must be booked and used between September-December 2026 (holidays, weekends and blackout dates excluded).
Prize is valid for two (2) guests only.
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
Winner must be present at the stay — the prize cannot be gifted, transferred, or used without the winner.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
Giveaway closes on March 30, 2026 at 12PM CT.
Winner will be selected randomly through KingSumo’s automated system within 5 business days of contest end date.
Tiny Escapes will contact the winner using the following email, marketing@atinyescape.com by April 5, 2026.
The winner must arrange and confirm their booking within 2 weeks of notification.
Tiny Escapes will make up to three (3) attempts to contact/schedule with the winner via email. After that, no further follow-up will be made and the prize is forfeited.
5. Conditions of Stay
Stay dates must be selected between September-December 2026, excluding holidays, weekends and special blackout dates.
Rescheduling is not available. In rare circumstances, schedule changes may be granted for an additional fee.
Winner and their (guest) must sign a waiver within 5 days of stay.
Check-in: 3:00PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required prior to the stay. It will be refunded after checkout, pending no damages.
Meals, transportation, and any other expenses beyond the 2-night stay are not included.
6. Conditions of Entry
By entering, participants agree to:
Receive email communications from Tiny Escapes (you may unsubscribe at any time).
Allow use of first name, last initial, and/or social media handle for public winner announcement.
Abide by all property rules, safety instructions, and liability waivers provided before the stay.
Tiny Escapes is not responsible for:
Technical issues with entry platforms, internet, or email delivery.
Travel, transportation, or any expenses outside of the prize stay.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of this giveaway and for email communications from Tiny Escapes, in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Sponsor
This contest is hosted and sponsored solely by Tiny Escapes in Graysville, Tennessee, United States.
